FALL Class Schedule:

Athletic Training (High Intensity) This class is for people who are training for athletic events or who can train at a high level of intensity. Jumping will be a component.

4:00 pm      M - F

5:30 pm      M-TH

Saturdays:  11 am


Fitness Classes (Adult)  (Low to Moderate Intensity) This class is for non-athletes and entry-level fitness. No jumping.

9:00 am M/W/F    Sat. 9:30 am

Orientation (All new members must attend.) Be prepared for a light workout.

 Saturdays at 12:15 pm
